I have come up with a system of raising capital for mergers & acquisitions while having a consistent deal flow of exceptional takeover candidates on the back end. We will make money from the raising of funds, the initial takeover will create cashflow and profit and the biggest portion of our profit will come when we exit these situations. We can exit by selling to private companies or using the capital markets to take us out. I will give further details when we meet.
