Robby careers

Robby is an employee-driven scheduling app that makes it really easy for part-time and casual employees to get their work schedule onto their phone. By taking a photo or if we support their online schedule, employees can have their whole schedule added straight to their Robby profile in seconds, which they can then share with the people they work with to create networks of stores.

Our vision is to build the LinkedIn for shift workers. From their work schedule, we can begin to build out their full work history. We feel good casual / part-time employees want to be able to broadcast their capabilities and reputation to potentially new employers.

Robby was part of the 2015 Startmate intake and was ultimately shut down as it grew so popular with Apple employees (25% workforce - 20k users in 5 months) that Apple banned it from the App Store.
