RNnovate is a mobile app and digitally connected nurse community dedicated to promoting transparent hospital working conditions for travel nurses and other staff. Our mission is to facilitate accurate reporting of hospital working conditions and staff treatment, hold hospitals accountable to improve suboptimal environments and elevate the overall quality of the nursing experience within rotating healthcare assignments across the nation.

RNnovate's primary mode will be a hospital review system by nurses for nurses. Currently nurses review hospitals in online forms as a public post without any ability to measure and track data in an organized fashion. There are websites that feature subjective nurse reviews of hospitals, but that is not the primary feature of these sites -- they are primarily social sites for travel nurses and the reviews function is an unstructured side feature.
