Oversee all phases of day-to-day operations including, but not limited to: customer support, reservations management, accounts receivable collection, daily event listings... more review, content creation, channel partners interface, and general business development. Provide status reports to C-suite leadership and advise as required on tech industry & nightlife industry trends, consumer market dynamics, and mid-term and long-term enterprise growth strategy.
