We are turning traditional hiring on its head by helping companies find people that fit their organization faster. "How does one offer something so magical and righteous?" Answer: one-way voice and video interviews. Simple as that. Yet, it's not that simple. Our platform is built to be both stand-alone and to work as a plug-in to other platforms like Applicant Tracking Systems. We also offer an industry-leading live video interview platform (think skype built specifically for hiring.) We work with major corporations like Farmers Insurance, Charles Schwab, and Porter Airlines (plus dozens of other well-known Fortune 500s that our competition doesn't need to know about) to make their hiring process more effective and pleasant for EVERYONE involved. We like goats. We like 90s music (and not just Daft Punk). We like the Bulls, Bears, White Sox, and even the Cubs. And we like Bourbon...a lot, in fact.
