We invest in tech companies raising rounds of $500k and less at valuations of $3M and less that already have a live product with initial revenues. (Rare exceptions to twice those amounts, but starting at $25K/month in gross profit with strong growth to even consider).

We respect founders' time. We're very responsive and if we're going to say, "No," we try to do so as quickly as possibles.

If we're going to say, "Yes," we do that quickly too. Usually, we close deals within 2 to 6 weeks of first contact with a founder, and can move even more quickly when necessary.
