Rice Inc is a social enterprise that’s creating the world's first sustainable and ethical rice supply chain. We are a fun, diverse and dynamic team of individuals who are passionate about sustainability and international development. We are focusing on creating access for smallholder farmers to modern farming tech, increasing their income and reducing waste during production.

Did you know that 30% of rice is wasted during production? This is all because smallholder farmers that produce most of our world's rice can't afford modern farming tech. This causes them to get stuck in a cycle of poverty whilst wasting rice that can quite literally end world hunger.

We sell rice and reinvest our profits to smallholder rice farmers breaking their cycle of poverty, whilst saving otherwise wasted rice.

We’ve raised a seed round and have saved 1,000,000+ meals of rice so far. The next step is increasing our rice sales, giving back to more farmers and continuing our growth.
