Culture overview
We are about being human centric, whether thats in terms of building for our customers, partners, or colleagues. That means take time to understand people, what they value, their journey, what they would like to learn and grow into. We encourage openness from every person working at RIA to share whats on their mind, and thereafter take ownership to drive outcomes. While we have all been working and operating remotely we plan events virtually to enable our teams to get to know each other (puzzles, mystery rooms and more) and in person (go karting, picnic, dinner) to meet up. Each time someone different on the team picks up and organizes the event themselves. On the learning front we run brown bags on Thursdays, including both internal and external speakers on topics ranging from blockchain, insurance underwriting, design thinking, the Indian economy and many more.
