The Rexco Equipment Company was founded by Rex Smith Sr. and Mildred Smith in 1964. It's been more than half a century since that happened! Since becoming the first Link-Belt crane dealer in Iowa, they have grown to offer a full range of equipment, from cranes to mowers. As of 2013, Rexco is an employee-owned company. Therefore, each employee-owner understands how they can increase the value of their company, thus increasing their wealth. The management team encourages communication up to and down the chain of command. In addition to providing training in key areas for their position, they value their employees and help them excel.
