I've built a hybrid physical + digital platform that combines the benefits of a digital back-end with a front-end delivery channel based on physical media. This program supports patient-generated data collection (assessments, health measurements, etc) and personalized content delivery with structured health programs and branded content.

This approach is relevant to multiple markets - healthcare providers, retail pharmacies, medical device manufacturers.
