At Returnmates, we've set out to fix the last part of the online shopping experience that has yet to be brought into the 21st century -- returns. Our goal is to fully digitize the experience, making the return as seamless and enjoyable as the purchase. This is a BIG problem. Over the next few years, the GMV of online returns is expected to be nearly $1T (with a T!). Moreover, this a problem that over 2/3 of the U.S. population experiences.
