Utilizing proven (16,000+ houses so far) unique 3D technology (utilized since 1987, predating BIM by 15+yrs) to enable accurate manufacturing, erection & costing of housing of any type including mechanicals, all via the same software. Fully comfortable with multiple elevations including options and options on options, generate the needed wall/floor/roof framing drawings, with relevant bills of materials, including rough & finish mechanicals, appliance, cabinets, etc., along with all blocking. Separate rough mechanicals (to be included wherever possible within panel envelopes) from finish materials, including manhours required for all operations. The more you know beforehand the better control over total cost, i.e., minimize risk & potential problems. The ReTiCo software already does what everyone is talking about except we have been doing it since 1987: no BS. And, we can do it in wood, light gauge steel (LGS), wood/LGS, or any other material that meets building spec's that pass Code requirements in any combination. In addition, because everything is true 3D, we have generated the CNC instructions to drive the fully automated machinery directly, developed and implemented for the 16,000+ units mentioned above. At one point, over 125 units/week were processed through the manufacturing facility prior to the housing crash.
