Floor panels with walls outlined & ID’s inked on OSB, DWV & HVAC fittings installed, all blocking installed.

Roof panels with all blocking, bracing, ice guard & underlayment pre-installed.

For cut roofs, all framing pre-cut & labeled.

Whatever can be pre-installed then shipped & erected without damage and all assemblies screwed together vs nails, because it is a better connection solution.

Then lift into place to erect a 2800sf 2-story from sill plate to roof on & windows closed in 4-6 hrs, ready for dry-in inspection. And the same rate for multifamily!

Greatly reducing time under construction and General Conditions expenses.

All in wood and/or light gauge steel. Wood members can be nailed and/or screwed: customer’s choice; we prefer screwed - better connections.

No junk lumber hidden from view: all go through a go-no-go device that ensures only quality materials are utilized.

Finally, we don’t do “dump & run” deliveries, rather, we erect with our own crews, so if there is a problem, it’s our responsibility to fix it, regardless of the mistake.
