Culture and benefits at Retavo by Assistt | Techstars `22

Our company culture, values, and team are of utmost important to us. The positive and friendly work environment and culture we've created has inspired and is shared by every member of our team. At Retavo / Assistt our people come first. As an early stage startup planning to complete our seed round in January we're not currently in the position to pay large salaries however we make sure the voice of all our team members are heard and that each of us has a chance to express their thoughts, concerns, feelings, and take an active part in steering the direction of the company and product as a whole. We also maintain a good work life balance and plan to implement a 4 and a half day work week once our schedule allows. (4 days of work, half a day of learning or self development, and Friday afternoons off). We have a daily stand up each day that lasts around 15 minutes. All of our team member's doors are always open if you ever need help, have questions, comments, concerns, or just want to talk.
