FROM PROJECT DEVELOPER TO SOFTWARE PROVIDER We live digitalization. This principle is underlined with every stone of our own Smart Building. Originally starting as a project developer of Germany's first digital student residence - the Living House Berlin - we have become a provider of the most innovative platform for building control and portfolio management. We are rooted in construction. How did this come about? Our team was looking for a solution that would support our day-to-day business holistically and map the property as a whole. Above all, the latter can only succeed if software and hardware are specifically linked via the same platform. In 2018, we successfully introduced the Real Estate Operating System - REOS - to our own property and to the market.
