RENEWALism is a Movement focused on raising human consciousness by renewing individual habits. By aligning Body, Mind, and Spirit at the “People, Process, and Purpose” levels, it aims to permanently reduce organizational stress while improving personal productivity, team performance, and organizational profitability as a strategic cultural outcome.

RENEWALism Habits shift operations from a purely physical or mental level to a spirit/energy level, fostering deep trust and ownership. This organic transformation leads to higher retention, better teamwork, and increased profitability. This is what business leaders need to prepare for, to survive the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Execution happens through three primary modalities over a six-month period: [1] 3P Workshops align People, Purpose, and Process for top leadership. [2] Renewal Talks empower department heads and micro-team leaders. [3] Renewal Clubs are 15-minute daily habit sessions for all employees to build culture.

The framework is designed for online delivery to ensure it can scale across different geographies, ethnicities, and age groups without the bottleneck of physical presence. Doing so reduces costs, friction, and increases adoption.

Results are tracked using university-standard assessments, such as the Eight Dimensions of Wellbeing – or the clients' own parameters for measurement – to quantify reductions in attrition and ghosting, and increases in engagement, belonging, and customer reviews.
