Remedy Social is a preventive health platform (remedysocial.com) focused on India and similar markets, engaging users in 4 simple steps: (1) Baseline Health Assessment: 25-30 simple questions (less than 5 minutes to answer) to determine a risk score and risk status for common chronic disorders using a predictive algorithm (2) Personalized Health Plan: Decision support to create a personalized health management plan for each user including lifestyle changes, diagnostic tests, physician visits, and diet and fitness plan (3) Ongoing Engagement: Ongoing engagement by monitoring health risks, periodic reminders for follow-on investigations, and a dedicated health coach to help high risk individuals (4) Health Ecosystem: Convenient access to health services online through our ecosystem of diagnostic centres, physicians, dietitians, fitness experts, counsellors, and other similar health experts The platform has been in development for almost 2 years now, which includes creation of a scientifically validated algorithm vetted by a scientific advisory board consisting of 5 very senior physicians. We believe that we have got a unique opportunity to help the next generation access healthcare early and take charge of their health.
