Remedy Social is an online health risk-assessment platform that helps people get started on their preventive health journey at an earlier stage. The platform will engage users in three simple steps:

a) Baseline Health Assessment: 25-30 simple questions (less than 5 minutes to answer) to determine a risk score and risk status for common chronic disorders

b) Personalized Health Plan: A health management plan for each user including lifestyle changes, diagnostic tests, physician visits, diet and fitness plan

c) Ongoing Engagement: Ongoing engagement by monitoring health risks, periodic reminders for follow-on investigations, and a dedicated health coach to help high risk individuals

We also have an ecosystem of healthcare providers to enable convenient access to health services online through our ecosystem of diagnostic centers, physicians, dietitians, fitness experts, counselors, and other similar health experts.
