Relay is a fantastic small team to join. In our NYC office, the environment is very relaxed and laid back and most employees describe our management style as "hands-off". This is not to be misread as a loose management style, but rather to describe how our managers put trust in employees to complete their work daily. There is calm and positive energy at Relay and it is a good environment for independent thinkers and workers. Your ideas will most definitely be heard and we would love to help put them into action! We are currently in a phase of growth and although our office seems to keep filling up we are eager to hire strong new candidates.
