While at MIT, Alan and Abraham wrote a Master’s thesis on the science and behavioral economics of re-engaging unresponsive customers. From that research project, our team has developed a set of predictive statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and randomized field experiments tailored specifically to discover efficient ways to win-back unresponsive customers.
