Jobs at Reeler

Reeler was founded by 2 semi-commercial fishers, who set out to democratize the seafood industry by breaking up a super inefficient supply chain. Seafood is a massive, ancient industry and very little has been done to modernize it. The seafood industry is a prime candidate to be improved by a marketplace. Fishers are "tired of getting screwed" by wholesalers, while consumers have no choice but to buy 3 week old or imported fish in stores. With Reeler, we improve peoples sense of community by connecting them directly to responsible food harvesters, and enabling them to pass on a fair wage, helping fishers earn a solid, sustainable living.
