It connects companies, from startups to global enterprises, to a community of award winning designers and provides software to manage the design process from idea to manufacturing. During our first 18 months, we have: - Enabled brands and retailers, including 5 Fortune 500 companies, to design over 300 products (from wearable devices for leading startups to modern furniture for mass retailers) - Connected our community of over 300 world-class independent designers to high-impact, fairly compensated projects - Generated $450K in revenue while testing and iterating on our technology and design processes - Raised $3M in funding from Jason Calacanis, the Launch Fund, Structure Capital, and other notable angels Where We Are Going - In the near term, we’re on track to partner with over a dozen Fortune 500 companies suppliers, generating $2M in revenue for 2015 and designing over 1,000 products in 2015 - Over the next 24-36 months, we are poised to redefine how products are developed and brought to market in light of an increasingly flexible and mobile workforce - The Red Clay team is small, fun, and dynamic.
