Recover careers

When we say that Recover is "execution Infrastructure", we mean that the platform we've built enables the completion of a restoration or remediation project. These are generally insurance losses that stem from fire, water, mold, or storm damage to residential or commercial properties. These projects involve adjusters, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, mortgage companies, and sometimes HOA's. They're large, complex, and require extensive compliance-focused documentation. We bought and run a restoration franchise for the purpose of understanding how the system is broken, because living the job challenges every day was the only way to design a system replacement.
