Realth's platform allows approved customers to choose any house on the market. Realth buys the home and rents it to the customer for three years, during which time a portion of every rent payment is saved on behalf of the customer. Within three years, the customer can use their savings and rental history to buy the house back, or cash out their savings and walk away.
