We are building the easiest way for small/medium fashion brands to make data-driven sourcing decisions and smoothly source from overseas manufacturers. Specifically, we are a Saas-enabled B2B fashion wholesale marketplace - the supply side is apparel manufacturers from the country of production (mostly in Asia and Latin America); the demand side is small/medium US fashion brands. The pain points on demand side: Arbitrary sourcing decision, High wholesale price, No flexible sampling, No easy customization, and Inconsistent quality The pain points on supply side: No easy access to US brands for wholesale and No reliable source to back up manufacturing decisions We want to make the data-driven sourcing that's used to be the privilege of big fashion brands, e.g. Shein, Cider, Zara, start to be accessible to small/medium fashion brands, and has shrunk the sourcing time from 3 months to 3 weeks. The two founders have started a fashion brand called Z&T Style (Ziqi and Tatiana, standing for their name initials) prior to founding the start up. They experienced the pain points of fashion sourcing themselves and decided to build a marketplace that address all of their own concerns. Ziqi's family has been in the fashion manufacturing industry for over two decades and the company is backed by a top institutional VC.
