Founded in 2023 by a collaborative team of students and teachers, Rang is a rewards platform for schools. Our mission is to improve student outcomes. Rang does so by connecting teachers with brands to offer additional incentives aligned to positive educational behaviors. In doing so, brands make direct, measurable, performance-based impact and tie their business strategy to positive social outcomes. Beyond the rewards, Rang equips teachers and administrators with real-time data on the effectiveness of all incentive programs. On average, Rang can save teachers 25+ hours per week and $800+ per year, freeing them up to focus more resources on what they are uniquely positioned to do: teach.
