Radius has been charged with developing the scalable technology infrastructure to supercharge workforce systems.
Our current product is actively used by the school district in Charlotte (CMS CTE) to
connect learners with virtual work experiences. Our virtual learning will need to advance quickly to prepare for demand statewide and in new regions in H2'22 and beyond.
We are in the process of developing and demonstrating a suite of workforce solutions that comprise a regional career pathway system. Our digital intermediary infrastructure aligns employers with education providers through regional planning. In 2021, we're working with a collaborative of funders, employers, and post-secondary institutions to develop a new digital pathways ecosystem.
