People at Radicle

There are countless reasons why Radicle is a great place to work, but I've listed some of the highlights below: 1) Flexibility - we have every other Friday off, unlimited vacation time, and are 100% remote. 2) The people - everyone at Radicle is genuinely curious about the world/startups/technology; several of our employees are former startup founders and many more of our employees have aspirations to do so. 3) Generalists - related to that curiosity, we enjoy being generalists. One week working on a market research report on the Latino Wine Market in the US, the next might be Pet Insurance, and the one after that DeFi. It's exciting to become an expert on a new market in the matter of just a few weeks. 4) Culture of Listening/Caring - every Monday, we all together review the team's weekly survey on their workload and take action where necessary. All new Research Analysts are paired with a Lead Analyst mentor. And our every other Friday off policy came from our CEO listening and taking action on concerns raised by the team (about people not taking as much time off during COVID). 5) Opportunity to Learn/Grow - outside of becoming an expert on new markets, since we're a small startup, there are many opportunities to get involved with other parts of the business (data, people, sales/marketing, recruiting, and more).
