What I love most about Quantibly is 1) the people I work with, and 2) the freedom to create a way of working that works best for me. I have always loved that the managers I’ve had did not micro-manage, and I’ve proven that they don’t need to. I therefore extend the same courtesy to the people that report to me. The freedom to work in a way that allows me to maximize my efficiencies and become great in my role. I have ways that work for me, and I’m allowed to create files, reports, etc. that help me to be successful. I also have a list of people that I can reach out too for assistance, mentoring, and advice. The people at Quantibly are amazing, and there is an incredible support system just from team relationships alone, as well as the actual people employed by management and benefits teams to help you along the way. Quantibly hires THE BEST people, and I’ve always found it easy to fit in, and learn new faces.
