• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives using structured problem-solving, documentation and communication methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for mechanical and electromechanical products, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, repeatability, and cost effectiveness.

• Design, develop and rapid prototype “state of the art” mechanical components/packages/subsystems for RF coil development for MR systems
• Working knowledge of rapid prototyping processes, machining and injection molding processes

• Manufacturing Engineering Projects:
  

Assist with revising and validating products for manufacturability and automation utilization.
Assist with design and implementation of automation and robotics equipment with a focus on electronics assembly.
Assess product construction and materials for internal and external process acceptability.
Support implementation of Engineering Change Orders.
