• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor Test Engineering, Product Engineering, DFT, Silicon Validation, or related disciplines.

• Build complex Subsystem emulation models, including design integration, environment setup, compilation, and debug across industry leading platforms (e.g., Veloce, ZeBu, Palladium).
• Drive emulation bringup activities, including clock/reset sequencing, firmware boot, and system validation using pre-silicon hardware models.

• Own and drive PCIe/CXL subsystem micro-architecture definition, RTL implementation, and integration
• Collaborate closely with Architecture teams to translate requirements into robust RTL designs

• Build and scale the West Coast Test Solutions Engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent.
• Establish team structure, follow existing workflows, and technical best practices to support global TSE operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5 - 8 years of related professional experience or Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong fundamentals in EM, transmission lines and microwave theory

• Architect and lead the development of next-generation physical design methodologies and automation flows for Complex SubSystems
• Provide deep technical leadership in RTL-to-GDSII implementation, including synthesis, floor planning, place and route, clock tree synthesis, and timing closure

• Support SI/PI analysis and optimization for 2D/2.5D/3D package designs
• Run simulation tasks for signal and power integrity sign-off

• Overall responsibility for program management of IP development & delivery to Marvell product business units
• Drive closure of IP specs & requirements

• Own the end‑to‑end product design spanning Electrical IC, Photonic IC, firmware stack, and advanced packaging design.
• Lead micro‑architecture and RTL development for the Electrical IC that can include high speed SERDES and digital subsystems with internally developed IPs and industry standard external IPs such as UALink, UCIe, etc.

• Integrate and support PCIe/Ethernet initialization Firmware within Marvell's SDK.
• Use diagnostic tools to debug the IO interface

• Develop and maintain CAD frameworks using Python, Tcl, Shell, and modern software engineering practices

• 3 to 5 years of experience in trade compliance covering both export and classification compliance matters.

• Lead account strategy for assigned strategic customers, developing and executing account plans that support revenue growth, design wins, market share expansion and long-term customer success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to key strategic accounts, building strong, durable relationships across executive, engineering, procurement, supply chain and business leadership teams.
