Our app uses QR codes to prefill forms, upload user images, then sends an email to the repair company when equipment breaks, replacing voice answering services. While providing how-to videos and digital documentation, replacing in-service training.
The first customer is the medical industry. I am currently reworking the MVP to rapidly deploy to the hospitals to help fight COVID for free. After that there are about 7-10 industries I have in mind that can use this system.
