Proxxi careers

Proxxi is a safety band that notifies the wearer by vibration (haptic feedback) when they get too close to an electric source and helps reinforce the limits of approach. Initially designed for industrial workers and those in industry at risk of electrocution, it is a device that provides companies peace of mind and visibility through smart, connected monitoring and insights into employee safety. 

Currently, there are no ambient, connected, always-on devices used to detect electricity. The 40 million US & European workers covered by an electrical safety plan rely on outdated process to de-energize and follow lockout procedures. Proxxi provides that fail-safe backup to virtually eliminate the risk.

We have completed field trials and sold out of our initial paid commercial evaluation units to industry leaders including Exelon, Con Edison, BC Hydro, GE & EPRI. We have 25 paid trials and very healthy sales pipeline. Our plan is to turn on 5 lighthouse customers in 2018.
