• Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the Proof platform, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience
• Backend development using Go (Golang), creating and optimizing APIs, database usage, and core backend infrastructure.

• Function-Level Outcomes: Own SLA, quality, productivity, cost, and retention across all teams serving clients in the Western territory. When the function misses, you own the diagnosis and the fix.
• Service Model Design: Design the service model (tiering, response standards, escalation) and deliver against it at scale. Serve as operations executive sponsor for enterprise clients; participate in QBRs.

• Own a territory. Become the subject-matter expert on the operational requirements (e.g., regional licensing and coverage rules) for the regions you're assigned.
• Keep jobs moving and own your queue. Match every job in your territory to a process server quickly and manage your dispatch requests so work doesn't pile up. Meet SLA targets and make the best decision for our clients and the process servers.
