• Uncover and cultivate a deep understanding of the our customers’ requirements essential for modern product managers and their stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product managers to bring clarity into understanding of underlying customer problems.

• Monetization Optimization: Refine our pricing strategies and feature packaging. This includes evaluating how functionalities are offered across different pricing tiers, optimizing the balance between feature availability and user satisfaction, and devising innovative methods to increase customer willingness to pay.

• Guiding new customers. Our large customers receive all the care they need when purchasing Productboard. Together, you’ll help introduce our customers to Productboard, show them how best to use particular features and functions, and help them to fully understand how it’ll make their future work easier.
