• Support and maintain both self-hosted and Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) environments as needed, with migration readiness and hybrid expertise.

• Manage user permissions, projects, workflows, schemes, plugins, and integrations.

• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• Partner with Product Owners and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
