Prepare 4 VC was founded by Jason Kraus in order to help startups raise capital from the investor’s perspective. Jason Kraus holds a MSc in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College and a BA in Economics and Math from Colgate University. He worked as an associate for 38 Ventures, a family office focusing on early stage venture capital, and as both an intern and screening committee member for the Boston Harbor Angels. During these experiences on the investor side, Jason realized that there are many great companies out there that have success selling to clients, but do not know the right approach to pitch to investors (it is a much different sales process). He began doing consulting on his own for startups, and then started Prepare 4 VC to grow and expand the business. Prepare 4 VC helps entrepreneurs create business plans, financial projections, slide deck presentations and investor pitches to get the funding they need to bring their company to the next level. Jason is also a co-founder and the Director of Venture Capital for Equity Venture Partners, an online group of Angel Investors. The platform combines Angel Deals, Commercial Real Estate investments, and Charitable Donations and selects several deals every month to be presented on a webcast call to the investment group. The partnership allows select Prepare 4 VC clients easy access to a growing community of 120+ accredited investors.
