Job Description:

Senior Project Manager – Digital Banking Implementations(Digital One Flex (D1F) and Digital One Business (D1B).

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support Professional Services client implementations of Digital One Flex (D1F) and Digital One Business (D1B).

D1F is primarily a consumer/retail digital banking solution, with small-business capabilities, supporting online and mobile banking experiences. D1B is focused on business and commercial banking, including cash management, payments, entitlements and related treasury capabilities.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Significant experience leading complex, client-facing technology implementation projects within financial services/banking.
• Strong experience with digital banking implementations, ideally online and mobile banking platforms.
• Relevant domain experience in one or more of:
• Retail/consumer digital banking
• Business/commercial banking
• Treasury or cash management
• Payments and money movement, including ACH and wires
• Core banking and digital-channel integrations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio of client implementations.
• Strong client and executive stakeholder management skills, including governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, dependency management and escalation.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional delivery involving product, technology, implementation, client and third-party teams.
• Ability to quickly develop sufficient product and domain understanding to independently lead delivery.
• Strong communication, organization and delivery discipline

Preferred, but not mandatory:

• Direct experience with Digital One Flex, Digital One Business or other digital banking solutions.
• Experience implementing comparable digital banking platforms.
• Experience with banking integrations involving payment services, fraud/security capabilities, authentication, entitlements or other third-party services.

We are primarily looking for experienced delivery leaders rather than product SMEs. Direct D1F/D1B experience would be highly valuable, but candidates with strong adjacent digital-banking implementation and banking-domain experience.

Education: College/University degree or higher
