From day 1, we've invested heavily in our employees - from hiring > onboarding > training > performance management > culture + events. This is a bit unusual for such a young company, as many don't do this until the ~100 person mark. Our biggest asset is our incredible team, so we've built out our People Ops and Culture functions to enable long-term growth and rapid learning.
