Pragmateam careers

At Pragmateam we partner with digital organisations who need more product delivery capacity but also want to uplift their teams' capabilities. We are a top product development team but we don't have a product, we build our clients' products.

Within clients we work as a team to support each other and to improve the client's team bit by bit every day. We work alongside our client’s teams rather than isolated in our own team, trying to affect change together when we can and having each other's backs and collaborating when needed. We sometimes form a team with half Pragmateam/half client where we take the lead so that we can enable the client on ways of working as well as technical capabilities.
