We believe in a honest business environment where there are no winners and losers, where everybody has something to gain in a fair way. A business where everyone that deals with us is treated equally, without privileges or special treatments. We believe in full transparency and authenticity and we built our company on these key values. These are not just words. We based our business decisions on them since the very beginning. Here are some examples of how we are sticking to our mantra through tangible actions: - Independently by how popular a partner is or how many point of sales it has, we treat everybody equally and offer the same deal: a 10% variable fee based on credits gained by clients - Independently by how many followers an influencer has, for us everyone is equal. We collaborated with giant ones (like Sonia Peronaci, with over half million followers) and little ones (with just a thousand followers) in exactly the same way: reciprocal support because we believe in each other’s and no payment due - The same is true for journalists: we do not believe in paying to get good reviews. We prefer to be supported less often, but by people who sincerely believe in us - Whenever we organize an informal gathering, everybody is welcomed to share their doubts in front of everybody, so that everybody can gain from our clarifications (and at the same time, all are sure that we really treat everybody equally). Despite having sometimes limited our potential, these values also created an incredible atmosphere of trust inside the PostPro community. Everybody that dealt with us felt fairly treated and was happy about the collaboration. This is why 100% of our partners decided to renovate the contract with us in 2020 and all influencers are still supporting us without a second motive. This is what we are not willing to sacrifice and sincerely believe that maintaining our ethical values at the top of our priorities is the only way to remain successful in the long run.
