PostPro is a digital loyalty platform able to turn satisfied customers into loyal brand ambassadors.
The way we do it is very simple: once a happy customer share their positive experience at one of PostPro partners’ venues (restaurants, bars, etc.) on Instagram, she gets rewarded according to the performances of her post. For every 20 valid likes (real and coming from within country’s borders), she gets 1 EUR credit to be spent at the relative partner during her next visit, till a maximum set by each partner.
This solves a current real problem of all horeca retailers: visibility! It’s not a secret that the new algorithm of Instagram highly penalizes business pages that, if do not promote their content with a considerable budget, do not even get viewed by their own followers. Moreover, being user-generated content, the credibility of the message delivered is much higher than the one of a sponsored post (at a fraction of the cost, at parity of engagement performances).
