About the Role

We're scaling fast and fielding serious inbound compute demand, from referrals to enterprise leads. We need someone who can own these relationships end-to-end: understand what customers need technically, translate that into the right infrastructure solution, and close the deal.

• Translate customer workloads and requirements into appropriate GPU cluster configurations.
• Review and approve server, networking, power, rack, cabling, and storage designs before deployment.

• SEO and content strategy: drive organic traffic from developers, AI builders, and infrastructure buyers
• PR and communications: land coverage in tech and AI press, manage our narrative as we grow

• Profile and optimize inference pipelines end to end using representative customer workloads, from request handling and scheduling through distributed GPU execution
• Tune serving frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and SGLang for specific latency, throughput, and cost targets
