Culture overview

We're a small yet mighty team building towards our vision with a healthy mix of intuition, user research, and careful planning. In just a few years, we've reached our first major milestone: an official partnership with the NBA, allowing us to deliver NBA streams to our users directly through our product. With strong early growth and more key partnerships on the horizon, we're more convinced than ever that we're onto something big. We're a remote-first company (with in-person spaces in NYC and SF). Despite the distance, we make a priority of involving the whole team in shaping the company and product strategy. We hold team-wide pitch sessions ahead of each development cycle, inviting the team to collaborate on shaping, scoping, and pitching projects and helping to keep leadership honest on both the feasibility and the strategic value of the work that we commit to. We have a healthy habit of scoping initiatives down to practical MVPs and value shipping fast and learning from our users. We work hard but make an real effort to have fun, take time off, rest on the weekends, and have each others' backs. We recently had our biannual team meetup — this time in LA — and had a blast taking in an NBA game together from our own suite and spending some quality time together!
