• Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global HRIS strategy using ADP WFN aligned with business objectives, including system maintenance, implementations and enhancements.
Lead the design and implementation of global benefits and payroll processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and consistency across regions.

• Offer expert consultancy to People Ops (Human Resources) partners on compensation matters within Platform Science divisions, aiding in the compensation integration of newly acquired companies.
• Partner with internal teams to provide appropriate guidance and interpretation of policies and guidelines

• Planning and coordinating all in-house and off-site activities/events
• Welcome and manage guests (candidates, investors, customers, partners, vendors, etc.)

• Explore the newest features in HMI and automotive interface patterns and bring new standards to the driver experience via design. Organize and innovate per OE.
• Bring to life experiences to driver’s via our in-cab digital experiences. Shape how truck manufacturers handle Platform Science’s system and apps and how driver’s and fleet’s will get and use these digital experiences right off the factory floor.

• Lead and manage the entire ERP transition project, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting key objectives. This role is 80% Business Analyst.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Sales Operations and Operations to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

• Manage & coordinate complex calendars for the Executive Team creating schedules that allow executives to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way
• Manage end-to-end travel needs, including logistics and visas, and coordinate itineraries across multiple stakeholders

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify market requirements, prioritize the backlog, and produce creative solutions in Platform Science's Compliance product areas
• Work closely with customers’ Safety teams to understand their day to day workflows and subsequent pain points

• Cybersecurity Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in cybersecurity are maintained across all business areas, including acquisitions and newly integrated environments.

• Partner with Product and Engineering leads, and engage with third-party development partners to deliver on initiatives involving multiple teams both internal and external to Platform Science.
• Develop project roadmaps and adaptive plans to continually identify critical path, dependencies, risks, and unknowns; ensure progress is transparent and visible to leadership

• Conduct comprehensive evaluation of ML opportunities and summarize findings and recommendations to address business use cases and inform the data science strategy
• Collaborate with other Data team members and Product leaders to define the data science strategy and roadmap for Platform Science

• Leverage our modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Looker) in order to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to enable business-critical decisions
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to define, build, and analyze meaningful KPIs for our applications and systems
