Pinpoint is an app built around three things: automatic trip tracking, AI-powered insights, and real-time live location — all in one place, with no manual work.
The problem: your phone already knows everywhere you go, but that data is locked away and useless. People forget where they parked, can't remember a trip, lose track of mileage for taxes, and have no real picture of their driving. Most apps make you tap "start" and "stop" every time — so nobody actually uses them.
Automatic tracking. Pinpoint runs quietly in the background, using GPS and motion sensors to detect when a drive begins and ends, then turns each one into a clean trip in your history — route, duration, distance, and the places you stopped. It just works, automatically.
Built-in AI. We make that history intelligent: AI-powered drive scoring, personalized driving insights and coaching, automatic place recognition, weekly summaries, and a conversational assistant — "Ask Pinpoint" — that answers questions about your own trips and patterns in plain language.
Live location. Share where you are in real time with the people who matter — fast, reliable, and without paying for a bloated family-tracking suite. Send a link, and they see you move live.
The hard problems behind it are genuinely hard: detecting trips from noisy GPS and motion data, separating real drives from traffic stops and parking, streaming live location reliably across networks, running AI affordably at scale, and processing as much as possible on-device for speed and privacy. Your location data stays yours.
