I've spent years building something I genuinely believe will change how the world protects its most critical infrastructure. PALLAS isn't a pivot or an iteration on something that already exists — it's a fundamentally new cryptographic architecture with no identified prior art, two patents filed, and applications that reach from banking settlement rails to satellite command systems to the devices people carry every day. But the technology is only half of what I'm building. I want Pilon to be the kind of company people talk about for the rest of their careers — the best place they ever worked. A place where you are paid what you're worth, treated like an equal, trusted completely to do your job, and genuinely celebrated when you do it brilliantly. Where the hierarchy is flat because everyone who is here earned their seat. Where you feel safe enough to take real creative risks and respected enough that your opinion actually changes decisions. The name Pilon comes from a long lost version of the Egyptian language and is representative of the air energies of Gemini, my Moon sign, and carries with it the themes of Truth, Hope & Faith. It brings with it the symbolism of defensive warfare, strategy, wisdom, philosophy and society. I want to build a team that would go to war for this company.
