We are building a post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure company from the ground up — and we are looking for the people who will define it. The roles at Pilon Laboratories are not for everyone. We operate at the intersection of post-quantum cryptography, hardware security engineering, and blockchain protocol development. The work requires people who have already demonstrated mastery in their field — engineers who have shipped security-critical systems, cryptographers who understand the mathematics behind lattice-based signatures, full-stack developers who care deeply about what they build and why it matters. We are a small, pre-revenue team with two CIPO patents filed, a working ML-DSA-87 signing SDK with live benchmarks, and hardware devices in development. We are building toward roles across cryptographic engineering, hardware security, blockchain infrastructure, enterprise software and hardware, and eventually enterprise sales and support. Our technology has applications across financial infrastructure, enterprise security, government systems, and defence — we are actively pursuing contracts and partnerships in each of these markets.
