Crowdsourced event photography. Cheaper photos, faster availability. Picme turns event spectators into content creators, enabling anyone with a smartphone to become an event photographer. Spectators can earn money and prizes while waiting around for their friends and family to finish. Mass event participants (marathons, 5ks, 10ks, triathlon etc.) can buy their event photos directly from the crowd. Using image recognition tech, participants are tagged by their bib number and can filter photos by search. Race participants can view, purchase and upload photos to social media on their way home. After all, what's the point of putting yourself through hell if you can't bask in the glory on Instagram?
