Our software is used by experts as part of their assessment and diagnosis of patients with genetic disorders. PhenoTips helps clinicians and researchers to record and visualize the patient’s family history, describe the patient’s symptoms using standardized terminologies, and arrive at a diagnosis through real-time suggestions. PhenoTips started as a research project at the University of Toronto and SickKids Hospital in 2013 and has grown to become a standard tool used in clinics and research centres around the world.
